SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance

1. Program Description

This messaging program sends informational SMS messages to individuals who join the Solace Stories waitlist or submit forms on our website at https://solacestories.com and explicitly consent to receive text messages.

Users opt in by clicking the “Join Waitlist” button, completing the pop-up form, and checking a dedicated SMS consent checkbox before submission.

Messages may include scheduling coordination, interview reminders, project updates, delivery notifications, and support communications related to creating a family documentary.

2. Cancellation Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to the same number that sent you messages.

Upon sending STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. After confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from Solace Stories.

To rejoin, submit the waitlist form again and provide consent.
